Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Carriers

Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Depending on the destination, package size, or weight, we may also use FedEx or USPS Ground Advantage.

The shipping service selected at checkout is not guaranteed unless an expedited, guaranteed service has been purchased and confirmed.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed by Solago Home.

Standard shipping services, including USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, may experience delays due to weather, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Certain expedited services may include carrier-backed delivery guarantees, subject to the carrier's current terms and conditions.

Shipping Charges

We do our best to keep shipping and handling charges reasonable.

While some retailers advertise free shipping by incorporating shipping costs into their product prices, we prefer to keep our product prices affordable and show shipping charges separately.
